ZIP-RS232
ZIP-RS232 is an interface between the RS232 interface of a PC and the MP-Bus from BELIMO.
Application
For configuring, parameterizing or controlling the actuators with the BELIMO PC Tool, it is a simple matter to connect up the actuators using the push-on terminals. Similarly, the ZIP-RS232 can be used for linking to an installation with UK24LON or other MP-Bus master units. This interface is electrically isolated.

ZIP-USB-MP
The ZIP-USB-MP is a potential-free interface between the USB port on a PC and the BELIMO MP-Bus. A driver must be installed on the PC in order to use the ZIP-USB-MP. This driver can be downloaded from the Belimo website (Download section).
The Belimo PC-Tool (or the slide switch on older devices) is used to select master or monitor mode.
Application
The ZIP-USB-MP is used for parameterising MFT actuators or analysing MP-Bus networks with the Belimo PC-Tool. The ZIP-USB-MP is supplied with voltage by the USB port.
No external power supply is required.

ZIP-232-MP
ZIP-232-MP for level conversion between an RS232 interface and the Belimo MP-Bus. This device is suitable for assembly in a control cabinet.
Application
MP master units with an RS232 interface (e.g. PCs) that have the Belimo MP protocol implemented, but do not have their own MP level equalization, can be connected with the MP-Bus via ZIP-232-MP. This interface is not electrically isolated.

ZN230-24MP
AC 230 / 24 V power supply unit for the local voltage supply of an MFT(2) actuator operated with the Belimo MP-Bus.
Application
Application in 2-wire MP-Bus networks. The MFT(2) actuators are locally supplied with AC 24 V by ZN230 24MP. This allows long MP-Bus cables to be realized.

BKN230-24MP
AC 230 / 24 V power supply unit for the local voltage supply of an MP-Bus-capable BF24TL-T-ST fire protection damper actuator for operation with the Belimo MP-Bus.
Application
Application in 2-wire MP-Bus networks. The BF24TL-T-ST fire protection damper actuators are locally supplied with AC 24 V by BKN230-24MP. This allows long MP-Bus cables to be realized. BKN230-24 is strongly recommended for fire protection damper actuators to be connected via an MP-Bus network.

BKN230-24-C-MP
Communication and power supply unit for connecting conventional fire damper actuators to the SBS control system or the BELIMO MP-Bus.
Application
Application in 2-wire MP-Bus® and SBS control networks. The conventional fire damper actuators are locally supplied with 24 V. The module has an integrated status display and allows the ORS142K smoke detector to be connected and supplied. By means of the test key, the damper can be checked on-site. By means of the resistance bridge, the damper can be put into operation and the safety function guaranteed, even if there is no network connected yet.

Cables and cable sets
ZK1-GEN
4-pin MP/PP connection cable. One end of the cable is equipped with the RJ11 plug matching the ZIP-USB-MP or ZTH-VAV. The other end is equipped with the New Generation plug matching the NG MF or MP actuators.
ZK2-GEN
3-pin MP/PP connection cable. One end of the cable is equipped with the RJ11 plug matching the ZIP-USB-MP or ZTH-VAV. The other end has three exposed wire ends. This permits universal connection to an MF, MP or MFT(2) actuator or even to the MP-Bus.
ZK3-GEN
3-pin MP/PP connection cable. One end of the cable is equipped with the 3-pin Weidmüller plug matching the ZIP-RS232. The other end is equipped with the New Generation plug matching the NG MF or MP actuators.
ZK4-GEN
4-pin MP/PP connection cable. One end of the cable is equipped with the RJ11 plug matching the ZTH-VAV. The other end is equipped with the 3-pin Weidmüller plug and an additional, exposed wire end (24 V supply). This cable is suitable for connection to the VRP-M, UK gateways and the BKN230-24MP/LON.
ZK5-GEN
3-pin MP/PP connection cable. One end of the cable has three exposed wire ends matching the ZEV (adjustment tool for VAV). The other end is equipped with the New Generation plug matching the NG MF or MP actuators.
ZK6-GEN
4-pin MP/PP connection cable. Both ends of the cable are equipped with the RJ11 plug matching the ZIP-USB-MP or ZTH-VAV. This cable is suitable for connection to the COU24-A-MP or VRD3.
ZKS-MP
3-pin MP/PP connection cable. Both ends of the cable are equipped with the 3-pin Weidmüller plug matching the ZIP-RS232 and ZIP-USB-MP. This cable is suitable for connection to the MP master (UK24LON,…) and MP power supply units (BKN…, ZN…) that automatically disconnect the bus connection for control with PC-Tool.
ZK1-VAV
3-pin MP/PP connection cable. One end of the cable is equipped with the RJ11 plug matching the ZIP-USB-MP or ZTH-VAV. The other end is equipped with a service plug matching the CR or NMV-D2M.
