Why should I apply at Belimo?

How should I apply?
We prefer to receive applications via our online portal to ensure quick processing. Just click on the respective job advertisement and then "Apply now". You can also send us your application by e-mail.
What should I include in my application?
We would like to gain as comprehensive an impression as possible of your professional qualifications and the motivation behind your application. We therefore ask you to use short and concise formulations in your CV and letter of motivation.
Can I also apply for several positions?
If you are interested in more than one position, you can of course also apply for other positions. We will also check from our side whether your qualifications are suitable for other positions.
I have not found a suitable position. Can I send a speculative application?
Yes, with our online tool, you can submit a speculative application. We review every single speculative application and, if you are well qualified, we will include you in our pool. We also recommend that you set up a job subscription so that you never miss a job again.
For which profiles is a speculative application worthwhile?
We are always happy to receive job applications and we review each and every one that comes in. As we have a particularly large number of positions for engineers, IT specialists and production staff, the chances are best in these areas.
What happens when I am accepted into a pool?
We regularly check our pools for suitable candidates for new positions and contact you directly when we have a suitable position opening. If you want your data to be deleted, simply send a message to email@example.com.
How does the application process work at Belimo?
The specific application process depends on the department and the hierarchical classification of the position. After receiving an application, the documents are checked by HR and the specialist department. Interviews will then take place if interest has been awakened.

In some cases we also conduct case studies and assessments if the position requires such.
For applicants from abroad or due to special circumstances, we also conduct initial interviews by video. Here we often use Microsoft Teams or Skype.
How can I prepare for the interview?
We look forward to hearing how you can strengthen our team. We are particularly interested in the skills you have developed in your professional career. This means you can have some examples ready regarding occupational performance, conflict management and problem solving as part of your preparation. Please just be yourself. We want to get to know you as you really are.
Do you work with recruitment agencies and headhunters?
Currently we work only through recruitment agencies and headhunters for certain positions. If you are interested in working with us, please contact the responsible personnel manager.

How can I present my profile?
In order to ensure professional applicant management, we only accept portfolios that have been uploaded via the application system and are marked with the term "Recruitment Agents".
